Taste the Rainbow! Ronceverte Elementary students in Mrs. Kirby's class participated in a taste test with fruits of every color of the rainbow! They charted their preferences by placing a sticker on the graph for each fruit they liked. Then they counted the number of stickers of each color to decide which fruits were the most and least liked. Mrs. Kirby combined scientific experimentation with mathematical graphing skills in a creative, innovative manner which also included health by introducing new, nutritional foods to students.
