Ronceverte Elementary School had a total of 36 sunflowers entered into the sunflower contest this year. Each classroom had a winner who was awarded a certification, ribbon, and $1 dollar bill. Just before school dismissed for the summer, students were given sunflower seeds from the Lewisburg House and Garden Club to plant over the summer in order to bring in the "big one" for the competition. Thanks to the Lewisburg House and Garden Club for hosting this event!
