Students at Ronceverte Elementary can visit faraway places with virtual reality goggles. The school will use the goggles and cart for a month, and each class will get an opportunity to experience virtual reality. Some of the programs include "Under the Sea" where students learned about different sea creatures; "Trip to Gettysburg" which puts students in the middle of the Civil War; Exploration of Mexico City where students learned about the native Aztecs and Mayan civilizations. The response has been extraordinary and signals the future of education.
